Tenughat Mahavidyalaya Tenughat is a single Co-educational Degree College of Gomia Constituency under Bokaro district, Jharkhad state. The social workers of this area were led to establish this Mahavidyalaya as far back as in the year of 1982.
This Mahavidyalaya providing Quality education to the down trodden sections of the society since the establishment period 1982 which is continued up to this day.
The Mahavidyalaya got Permanent affiliation by Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag (Jharkhand) in the year and session-2007-10. After getting permanent affiliation It was running smoothly under the rules as regulations of Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag (Jharkhand) but now from when Binod Bihari Mahto Koylanchal University, Dhanbad came in to existence Mahavidyalaya is running under the jurisdiction of such University. Our college has been registered under Section 2(f) and 12(B) of the UGC Act. 1956 New Delhi. After all our Mahavidyalaya giving better education to the well disciplined students in Arts, Commerce & Science (Pass/Hons.).
The qualitative educational faculties are extra ordinary in the manner that being encouraged by the same the parents and guardians of their off-spring and wards get elevated in lodging them as students of Tenughat Mahavidyalaya. From the corner of Non-Teaching staff of this college are always co-operate to the students not only but also our dedicated non-teaching staff disposals all the paper works quickly for the interest of the college as well as students.
That our college also provides digital library, Separate Common Rooms of Girls and Boys, Separate Toilet, Canteen, Parking amenities, Purified Drinking Water, Play Ground, Transport facilities and Green Campus with CCTV Camera etc to the students.
That in the present scenario tremendous affords are being doing for Computer education in this institution to the students by the Governing Body of this college. Governing Body which are legally formed by the University.
